My stay was very good it was clean, beds were comfortable,breakfast was good After traveling all day it was nice to relax in a clean room

The property is ideally located, just a short distance from the airport and surrounded by a variety of amenities, including bars, restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping complexes. The staff is exceptional—extremely helpful and responsive. Just let them know what you need, and they'll find the best possible solution for you.

Well, it’s a brand new Holiday Inn so everything was nice and clean. Obviously, the location next to a brand new hospital across from a wonderful outside, shopping mall with tons of restaurants wonderful places to eat

Breakfast items should have clear Tags since as example myself not taking beef & pork. But no any tags found. Room TV unable to have english language movies & no TV with YouTube or internet connection.

Receptionist was kind. Although the room was not prepared when we got there, she made sure we received a comparable room and also gave us late check out as a consolation. Much appreciated. The lobby area was comfortable.

Great rooms, comfortable, spacious and comfortable. 5-8 min drive from the Tijuana airport, near a big mall with stores Very quick check in and check out.

This property was excellent, this is my first time staying here and I I’ll return back!! I liked that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Really nice place to stay at!

I really loved this hotel. The staff was very nice. My room was modern, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was limited but delicious, specially the fresh squeezed orange juice! And the hotel is located near a wonderful shopping plaza that has a movie theater and lots of restaurants.

We stayed for one night during a late flight. The room was clean, staff was friendly but the best are the bed and pillows... super comfortable. They have coffee and tea all day which is great for an early flight.
